The CPQA has recently published “LC-MS/MS Method for Quantifying the HIV-1 Broadly Neutralizing Antibody PGT 121.414.LS in Human Serum” in the Journal of Chromatography B: Analytical Technologies in the Biomedical and Life Sciences.
Highlights:
- Quantitative mass spectrometry assay for antibody PGT 121.414.LS used in HIV-1 therapeutics.
- Sample matrix effects were reduced using ammonium sulfate precipitation or affinity capture.
- High specificity for determination of PGT 121.414.LS levels in serum is achieved using LC-MS/MS.
