The CPQA has recently published the manuscript “Proteoform Characterization of HIV-1 Broadly Neutralizing Antibody PGT 121.414.LS Product Through Middle-Up and Bottom-Up Proteomics for Clinical Support” in the Journal of the American Society for Mass Spectrometry.
Summary: Structural characterization of broadly neutralizing antibodies (bNAbs) is critical for therapeutic development. In this study, we employed both middle-up and bottom-up proteomic workflows to characterize the bNAb PGT 121.414.LS. We performed detailed annotation of the post-translational modifications, such as glycosylation, across the antibody structure.
